AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO MAKE ANNUAL DONATIONS TO THE BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. In addition to any other authority that may exist under general law, the Board of Supervisors of Jackson County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may make an annual donation not exceeding Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00), from any available funds of the county, to the Boys and Girls Club in Jackson County.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage, and shall be repealed from and after July 1, 2003.
